• RETURN POLICY

     Returns/Exchanges

    • If the items you order from Engage Green direct aren't what you are looking for, please return your unwanted items to us within 28 days of purchase in perfect unused condition, with all original packaging and we will refund your account or exchange the item(s) as required.

    • We recommend that you return goods "recorded delivery". We are not responsible for goods that are lost.

    • Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be dispatched within five working days.

    • Shipping charges are not refundable.

    • All return/exchange shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

    • Any items which are sent after 28 days will be returned to the customer.

    • Exchange items can be requested a maximum of two times.

    Faulty Returns

    • If your item(s) ordered from the website is faulty, please inform us within our 28 days policy. General wear and tear and/or accidental damage is not included in our return policy.

    • Only faulty items due to production faults will be accepted.

    • We will pay to ship the item(s) back to us. If the item(s) is found faulty, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s), including delivery charges. If the item(s) is not found faulty, delivery charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a restocking fee.
